What’s the Right Way to Brush Your Teeth?

What’s the Right Way to Brush Your Teeth?

  1. Move your toothbrush in short, gentle & circular strokes.
  2. Make sure the bristles reach the front, back, top and bottom of your teeth.
  3. The goal is make sure the entire tooth has been touched by the brush including the spaces in between each tooth.
  4. Always use a dentist recommended soft-bristle brush.
  5. Don’t forget to brush those gums & tongue.
  6. Always floss afterward to ensure food particles have been removed.
